1. Cosmic Serums by Sharat Sir is a combination of energies.
As the purpose of using VK is healing, the Serum also has energies which have a healing effect.
2. There is no such advise or suggestion by Sir. Because VK has infinite possibilities. One can experiment and choose with VK be it Cosmic Serums or mimicking any positive energy or process effects or just a simple request to VK in your own language.
Cosmic Serums were designed to make healing easy for any common person.
One doesn't need to be an expert healer or dig into the knowledge base of healing world.
