Unable to handle my life
Hi @SharatSir,
I have been using VK since past few years, but from past more than a year I'm mentally always low and depressed. I'm taking MOOD UP, Bravo and Alfa Male serums almost daily, but not sure why it is not working for me.
I am getting suicidal thoughts now a days.
Kindly advise what to do please.

Are you taking any medicines from Psychiatrist or Neurologist
Please speak to someone close to you when u get unwanted thoughts
