I am not getting much time this days but want to do Holifire Reiki healing which I have learnt and Sacral green money circle Reiki and money Raiki So As I have to say to VK 3 times and ask for request but how many time in a day day I should say this?

    Every person's energy need is different. Check your need and mimic Holy Fire Reiki healing using VK accordingly.

    I don't have any specific need, it's just Like everyday people do it for 45 min mostly so inorder to save that time and also get the energy of the healing daily, I asked in that way.
