Am I Doing it in Correct way how to perform healing daily

Golden Sunrise,

I am using VK from past 20 days and i call VK gurugale(guru= teacher), I just wanted to clarify weather i am using VK in the correct way or not, or i am over doing it or doing generally should i be more specific in my request Sharath sir need your guidance. I am using VK in morning by charging 5 water bottles(for my family members) each of 1 litre with the following energies " Golden Sunrise, Perfect health Serum, Shield of 7 rays, All clear serum, balance serum" (same for all bottles).

After charging water bottles, immediately i request VK gurugale please send "Golden Sunrise, Total Wealth Serum, Bravo Serum to me "x3 times and will repeat throughout the day 3-4 times my questions here is

1. Am i doing it right way
2. Am i using more energies
3. Should i be more specific with energies while requesting or these general and direct requests are fine enough
4. I am not able to perform continuously, like 3 days i do n take a break for 2-3 days again i do for 4 days and a gap of 1-2 days , how do i do it daily or continuously

Please answer my questions anything if done in doubt cant give the results so please clarify my doubts

2. Take other energies as per need.
3. Always be specific with energies as per the need.
4. Alpha serums are created to make a person more active. Take it.

Golden sunrise ???? i am new to the family...i got my vk last week..i am having diabetes from 13 years and not improved but become worst..i am 48 and sugar levels are 450..also my health,finance relationship wealth and many more challenges i am facing..pl guide ????
