Neighbours creating unwanted issues, troubles and creating pressure on us.

Dear Rakhi mam & Sharat Sir,

We stay in 9 th floor and have builted rain water shed in our balcony 6-7 years back. Now neighbours / flat owners who stay in 3 rd floor down are creating unnecessary issues and chaos that rain water falls from our water shed to their floor and unnecessary creating pressure on us to install water outlet in shed. My concern is the water from our shed directly falls down not in their gallery which is built 7 years back & I can't understand they are also living in the same flat since 7 years, why are they creating unnecessary trouble & issues now after so many years..

Because of it I am very tensed. I was LS, ACS, GS, CDS to the stubborn neighbours & also So7R, GS to my house & shed.. But even then the issue is not getting resolved. They are very stubborn people.

Please suggest me something strong for such stubborn neighbours and to resolve the issue in my favour..

You just give ACS and GS to the whole matter. And if your rainwater shed is really creating trouble then make some changes. Directly meet the owner of the 3rd-floor and settle the matter while giving him LS.

Thanks you sir I will follow this.
Actually sir my shed is properly bulit 7 years ago & the water falls directly to the ground level without any disturbance to any of the middle floors, but these people from 3 rd floor are in the society committee since 2 years so they are like gunda types.not only to us but they have the habit of creating troubles for other's also in society.. Many people in society have same opinion for them.

Hence I required your guidance ????????.

In next rainfall. Go to lowers floors and check the water. if it doesnt flows to their houses, proove to them in live situation.
If you see water in their homes, then repair or modify the shed.
Energy will work but smart action is also imp.
