VK Request to Increase DEEP SLEEP

A)The VERY last thing before sleep.
1.VK please activate mimic the baby deep sleep and REM deep sleep of 3.6hours for me with safety and security. (on Tuesday night 14/06/2022)
2.Read Affirmations 3-10 times
B)The last thing before going to bed
1. Drink 1 tsp of haritaki with warm water.
2. Before that I started intermittent fasting(18-20hours per 24 hour cycle) as a lifestyle (2nd day) whereby the window of time for eating anything at all is 4-5 hours only: 11am/ 12noon to 4pm. Other times is just drinking water/fresh juice.
3. No sugar diet
-use jaggery/ palm sugar if need for cooking
-blackstrap molasses in warm water drink in the morning empty stomach.
C)The next morning (Wednesday 15/6/2022)Total sleep 8hr35min(Deep sleep 2hr19min,REM Deep sleep 1hr38min,Light sleep 4hr38minAwake3min).
