Blood CPK increased to 4000 due to frequent tics in the body

My nephew is getting jerks(tics) in body very frequently... he is having status of tics because of which muscle breakdown is happening... blood CPK has increased to 4000 though ideally it should be around 50... he is a hyper child and hospitalized... please suggest serums which I can use with VK to help him come out of this situation and for him to be be fit and fine and back home from the hospital. Its an emergency situation.Please help.Thanks in advance.

Just to update here ... the kid got home from the hospital but his condition worsen at home... he is currently getting current like jerks in the body and having pain... he is catching hold of every one who he sees out of pain and his whole body is getting in a state of breathless... this is happening continuously... doctors are not able to diagnose the root cause of the problem... they are giving him anaesthesia to make him sleep so that for few hours tics do not come. But this is not the line of treatment. The child is very serious. Please advise how can we ask VK to help the child so that the doctors get exact diagnosis of his disease and he recovers as soon as possible. Thanks ????????
