About notice and exam done by June

Need your guidance.
My first question in this group....
There is urgent need ...
My elder daughter has not cleared one paper ( Undersanding poetry subject for third year IGNOU BA in English course) the university has not yet released the dates for exams but she has to start new course from the month of August.
To apply for this course we want that her exam gets over at least by June itself..so for this what to request VK so at least the date sheet comes from the university side and her exam gets over in june and she becomes eligible to apply for the master's course..and by that she can save her one year..
Please guide which request should I make and energy to be send daily?

Or any other way to request so that her postgraduate course starts this August without any hurdle of degree course result( to be submitted by September) .

In IGNOU, admission takes place twice a year.
One in the July session and the other in the January session.

If exams are postponed, there is the possibility of -
1. The university will give buffer time to submit the result or certificate of a bachelor's degree.
2. The admission period will be extended for the convenience of the students who want to apply for a master's degree.

Also, try to contact the study centre or regional centre to know the details and clarify this.

Thanks a lot Vaishnavi for sharing the details, we have contacted the center but they have no current info ,asking to refer to the site... because of covid all schedules are postponed .
My daughter has to give just one paper now.

Please guide me once again...
Do I have to send shield of seven rays daily or just once?
I am charging my daughter's water daily is it ok ?
For more effect can I charge her photo or wish written on paper daily till she gets the admission.
Any mistake please rectify for me as I am new user and too many challanges in our life which needs immediate remedies so asking again .
