What are the fumes from the article surfaces?

There is a doubt from three months before in my mind. I notice frequently.. small fumes emitted from surfaces of articles going to the atmosphere.. more clearly seen from the surface of water, soil, single colored surface...

Could you please explain...
What are these fumes?

Ok ma'am. Actually I suspected it, but were rare occasions when I saw that especially only during daily rituals mostly at home. That's why got a doubt whether it something else. Thank you for clarifying. Golden Sunrise ma'am.
