Neck Pain and high pulse rate

I have been having severe neck and shoulder pain radiating down my spine from last few days. I am a newVK user, as per the forum examples and blogs, I m charging my water bottle with Pain Care Serum, Balance Serum, zapper healing 9 volts 10 kilohertz with safety and security (for my stomach infection) , digee serum, shield of 7 rays. I don't know what wrong I am doing, as it's not improving my condition. I m growing weak and my vision is becoming blurry. Due to my weak condition I m unable to lift my 1 yr son and do household chores. Someone plz guide me how can I improvise to get results with my dear VK.

Yes, I have mental stress and burden responsibility, I am unable to manage my regular life ever since I had a kid. Due to covid, I m unable to take any external help for daily routine activities and try to do all myself. My kid is hyperactive and keeps me behind him all the time ( has just learned to walk), I hardly get 3-4 hrs sleep at night, and when he sleeps, I try to finish household chores. It's like I m failing at life.
