selling of a plot
Hello. I need some help if possible please.
My siblings and I have a plot we've been wanting to sell for years. Last summer 2020 we had an offer and we all agreed on selling. All my siblings live abroad I am the only one that lives where the plot is. We all decided it was best that I took care of the situation. I went to a notary etc to find out all that was needed and soon enough two of my siblings sent me their papers. Another sibling resigned because he didn't want to deal with a situation he saw coming. Since last summer one of my sisters has been saying she sent the papers, she went to the embassy she sent power of attorney to our cousin etc. etc. They were all lies and I found out through the embassy and other sources that she hadn't moved anything whatsoever. The only sibling that talks to her is the one that resigned. He talked to her in a week and a half her birth certificate got fixed and it's on it's way to the notary and the embassy whom she said weren't attending her said she never applied for the power of attorney. Within days I fixed the situation and yesterday they emailed and my brother asking her to go to an appointment the 12th of this month. If she went we'd have everything to move on with the process of selling. Well, she told my brother that until the end of June it was impossible for her to go downtown or get 1/2 of day off ( this is another other lies but ok). The problem is that in the country I live in July is VERY VERY slow with all these type of things and August everything literally stops until September unless it's an emergency matter. The other problem is, that the buyers live in another city 6 hours away and they only come on holidays. If in 5his whole year we still do not have things at least in process in the notary, we are afraid they might pull back...which is understandable.
What I wish to know is how or with what words should I direct myself to my VK or should I use an EC (I saw the post on that) or whatever you can advice me.
I went a good outcome for us the sellers and for the buyers and put this situation to anwnd asap.

How are you using VK for this situation till now?
You can also check previous vk success stories and read about Cosmic serums and come up with your suggestions.
I see that you have been on forum since Jan.
We encourage VK users to read more on forum and website and come up with solutions so they become self reliant in healing.
I look at your website just about everyday.
I've also had positive experiences with VK But did not post because they have been small things like little miracles. Like once I asked VK to please let me hear from someone and not an hour passed and I heard from that person. Things like that. I always think of posting, but then I think it's a small thing compared to what people post in their success stories. But I do get a lot of little things granted for sure!!
The simpler I ask I think it's most effective. But since this situation has the factor of trying to sell and problems with my sister I did not know how to go about it.
Should you say as soon as possible or should you say NOW.
