Irritation in the mouth

Previously I had asked a question about my singjng voice which with help of speech therapist got better .

I got my vocal cords checked and they are fine

But there are some irritations in the upper throat on one side and behind the palet area that are recurring and I pretty much always feel them I also feel the sensation is connected to my nasal area and ear area...might be due to my upper infection like adenoids and sinus idk

I'm taking AMS BRS AND MS frok a month I guess because my therapist told me to be cheerful and free of worries and told me that the state of mind is reflected in the voice and since taking the combo I feel better

What should I do for the irritation and pain

Can we take 2 un related serums for different at the same time one from water and one from vk
Or in this too I have to wait 10 minutes?

You can take, but it is good if you can keep a gap of 10 min between both combo. Plz remember you can not have your breakfast, lunch, evening tea, and dinner altogether in the morning in one go.

Sometimes your question shows your desire to be healthy, wealthy, brave, and a good musician, singer, and all other desired beings in one go. I can understand your desperation but it only creates anxiety and hopelessness.

People do this out of fascination towards X-men or avengers or other superheroes. As per my knowledge, you were born as a small 2kg to 3 kg baby and grew up as others grew up.

Work patiently to shine. If possible, do offline classes to improve your talents, because in general, we can not judge ourselves. Here the importance of Guru/ Master comes.
