Chakra balancing and shadow work

I am taking balance serum regularly to balance my chakras.. But somewhere I read that we have to do shadow work of that particular chakras to get it activate and balance...

My question is can it be done vice versa like if I balance the chakras by taking balance serum regularly than the shadow aspect related to all chakras can be overcome...

Can we send energies of Goddess TARA to respective chakra ie energies of red Tara to root chakra and so on.

To balance and energies chakra. In Covid , smell goes ,, means root chakra , taste, second chakra, root chakra is also connected with left part of heart , supply of oxygen and other nutrients compromised, etc. Goddess Tara gives health and strength, removes fear etc. This thought just came to my mind , please also put some light on Goddess TARA , like Orange Tara etc.
I also thanks Sharat Sir to save life myself and my whole family from Covid.

In mimicking any energy, one should be sure about the effects . VK would only mimick the energies. Refer VK BASIC POST 20.
Am not aware of Goddess TARA with different color of her energies and her color forms effects on chakras.
If there is not enough knowledge on a particular aspect, one can choose mimicking something which a VK user is aware of benefits.
You may explore the GODDESS energy and share your results.It will be learning for all here
