Acidity and Gastric Issues.
Golden Sunrise!! I have a lot of Acidity and Gastric issues from couple of years now. I have started taking GS +PHS+DS+ACS in water from last 3 weeks, but not getting that much of relief. Pls advise is there anything else I need to do.

Also learn and use VK with patience.
Set your priorities also work on your mind healing. If you are anxious or impatient acidity increases. Check your diet too.
Check VK BASIC POST 13 for healing frequency and do not count the days in healing as a new VK user you might be inviting more anxiety and impatience with counting .
