Headache with neck pain and nausea
Golden sunrise Divine souls, I have been having severe headache mostly on oneside with neck pain and nausea. Also been having and stuffy nose and wet cough for 6 months now.
Been requesting VK for relief in my own words, also using GS, PCS, ACS, PHS, ENT and other combinations too. Gone thru our forum and tried all the tips, remedies. Sometimes have to take advil, else cant function. Just wondering if there is anything else I can do or something else i am missing. Please if there is anything else anybody here can add, please help me so.
I have lot of other health issues too like gas, acidity, MVP , and anxiety issues, chronic insomniac. Its been a year since i have VK and i know these issues take lot of time and energy to cure, but right now i am only looking for headache and cough relief .
I have been thru the forum a lot And only coming after lit if hesitation because the pain is becoming too much . Thank you for your time

Avoid foods that cause pitta and kaffa like spicy foods, curd, cold beverages, deep fried foods, fermentated foods, ice creams , etc.
If you are eating such foods it will aggrevate the symptoms even if you take Avil or VK healings.
