Use of VK without removing from wrist

GOLDEN SUNRISE, I recently purchased VK and unfortunately (my mistake) the size is a bit small. I somehow managed to wear it on wrist but cannot remove and wear repeatedly as it hurts my hand.

I do know that we can place a direct request to VK without removing from wrist. My question is, can we charge water and other objects without removing VK from wrist ? If so, how to do it? Also how to do VOB without removing VK from wrist?

If you want you can keep VK in your pocket and do healing. This way VK will be near to you and no need to remove regularly.

You can also request VK while wearing

You can also charge water while wearing VK. For example you are charging a water bottle than request with the energy name and place your hand over it in which you wearing VK.
Keep 2 minutes per energy over it upto 2 litre of water.

Same way you can do VOB by rubbing or placing VK in hand over the organ or body part you want to do VOB.

Thank you. This was helpful. I tried wearing it as a locket but it was not comfortable. Also usually i don't have pockets in all my clothes. Hence I found it safer and easier wearing it on my wrist. However needed to know how to take maximum benefit from VK without removing from wrist. So thank you once again.
