Cosmic serum usage for different issues

As we know that one serum is used for more than one issues for that particular system i .e fem serum is used for female reproductive system and so many issues so when we give fem serum will we have to imagine that particular issue person is suffering from or serum will give effect automatically to that issue or issues.
