Vk by touch...is effective as other methods. How to add GOLDEN SUNRISE

For some reason being a new vk user i feel more faith when i request by touch is this just as powerful as charging water? Also can i add golden sunrise to my serum by touch at the same time? thankyou

All methods are effective.
Its just a matter of convenience , you can use any method.

If you feel connected to VK by touch, you can follow this method too.

In direct request, you can add GOLDEN SUNRISE in same request. GOLDEN SUNRISE is also one of the energies.

Suppose you want to take energy of GOLDEN SUNRISE, PERFECT HEALTH SERUM and FLAB DOWN SERUM

When you charge water, charge each energy back to back....like this
