Job issue living in comfort zone

and to VK family.
I want to ask what should be given to a person in healing who has developed a lot of comfort zone in his job.
He has excellent skills and experience for the prospective job but he has made his mindset that he is very comfortable there and has peace of mind. It's amazing to have peace of mind in a job but what about management of expenses ? It's a situation where he is barely managing his expenses and in near future his expenses are going to increase. So what should be given to bring him out of that comfort zone, to make him realise that there can be peace of mind at some other place with increased flow of income. Tws, gs , moodup serum would do the work ?

Why should you think of a discomfort zone for anyone especially if you are healing with VK.
In todays material world if a person is happy and satisfied with what he earns , this itself is a bliss irrespective of family expenses. His happiness will attract more happiness for himself and others around him.
