Need help on creating an energy circle To Help a friend

My friend from childhood is trying to sell his ancestors property since last 5 years. The recent changes in the Maharashtra govt where orchid land selling is banned has made matter out of hand for him. At the same time his other cousin are also at times creating problems with the selling as its a joint property. This delay they are doing on purpose as they know without the sign he won't have full legal right to sell it completely.

I want to create energy circles for him so he can attract the prospective client to buy the entire property.

Also what serum combination can I use for the same?

    For property matters

    1. Send GOLDEN SUNRISE , TOTAL WEALTH SERUM and ALL CLEAR SERUM to the property.
    2. Draw a circle and write names of the property owners including the one who wants to sell and also other relatives who are closely related to the decision of selling.
      Hold VK and say ONE SOUL SERUM 3 times. Keep on this circle for 30 mins.
      You can do this process more times in a day as per your inner guidance on need of the energy.
      3.If you want to prepare EC, just write
      GOLDEN SUNRISE FULL COUNT.
      The name of all joint owners with property address.
    3. Request VK GOLDEN SUNRISE MAKE WAY TO SELL THIS PROPERTY WITH BEST DEAL NOW . Keep the intention that all joint holders should benefit from this deal.

    Last but not the least can I create the ec and give to him so he can paste it on his home wall which is far away from the actual property that he wants to sell. I was wondering that as he doesn't regularly go to the property, if it is OK to paste the ec and I can give an name to ec like my "Friends property name ec" and sent request to sell through VK.

    EC need not be in that particular place, it can be anywhere, when you state the receivers name or property .

    You can keep it with you also.

    Yes You can give a reference name to EC and charge it with VK

    so lets say i give it a name like shrinath-money-ec, second one can be shrinath-2. is it possible by requesting that send GS and activate the ec1/ec2 ?

    @shrinath ji,
    1.Your way is perfect to create and charge the EC
    however you don't need to paste EC you can keep it in pocket or almirah.
    @Sharat Sir-VK Inventor ji invented VK in such a way that it makes things easy .
    2. You can also give direct request to VK to sell the property .
    3. You can also send
    GOLDEN SUNRISE + all clear serum + total wealth serum to the said property with intention to sell.
    I personally use this to sell my one property.
