Severe Gastritis in Nerves
Golden Sunrise to entire Litairian Team.
I am a new VK user. I am diagnosed with Retinitis Pigmentosa. Will come to tat in later post.
I am suffering with severe gastic attack and is gone into my entire nerves. As I received my VK in first week of April and have gone through the VK Basics/CS before I got my VK.
Here's what I am taking now:
Digee, PHS,Pain Care (for severe pain from hips down). My body is heated up and sweat when I go to the loo. Can I take Gomed water to cool down.

Dear @Vinodh plz take Digee Serum, Eye Serum (for Retinitis Pigmentosa) and Calm Down Serum as much as possible. And plz avoid all hot nature foods like coffee, tea, dry fruits, spices, etc.
