How to get a job soon?

I was working in Dubai with a family owned company till 09th Nov'17. Salary was good but he work culture and politics was beyond horrible. So I decided to resign. Thought might be able to find out another job soon (assuming the richness of experience and pedigree). I was so wrong.
I was taking water charged with TWS, Shreem Brzee and GS regularly and yes I got multiple interview calls in Dubai itself amidst a gloomy job market. However after the first rounds of the interviews, they (all potential employers) stopped responding.
After substantial amount of pestering, I got to know from most of the employers that the discussion was still on regarding the position, is on hold due to restructuring.
Two months passed and now IAM back to Bangalore as I had to leave UAE. I have family and multiple financial commitments (EMIs), but the possible scarcity of money and current absence of a job is is so depressing. Sitting at home doing nothing is like a vegetable state to me. Please guide me.

Also please stop saying "Scarcity/vegetable state/absence of job. By law of attraction we attract more situations like this.

You can start saying I want a perfect job NOW NOW NOW. In this way you are giving an intention to VK again and again that you want a job NOW.

This will speed up the healing.
