As you are using VK to send energy ....you are already a COSMIC HEALER.
It is best to mimic other healing modalities through VK as VK sends pure energy. And the sender is VK not the VK user so its safe.
Now about how many VK....it depends on how many receivers you want to send energy, what is the situation and how much is the severity or energy need.
