In VOB as described in step5and 6 for fertility , cysts and fibroids are we suppose to rotate VK give to give vob below naval area where the reproductive system is or are we suppose to lie on our stomach and give vob on lower back .

You can do in the way that is confortable. You can also write the name of person and organ on a paper and do VOB....check the hyperlink on EASY WAYS OF DOING VOB in same article.

There are no restrictions on VOB postures...do it as per comfort...the focus of energy matters...rather than posture.
