My money is stuck....Visa website
Hi Sir & Mam I am into a problem.i have planned visit to malaysia on October 2nd and I have applied for online visa but it seems the website is not genuine as when I paid the visa amount instead of Rs.3000 they have deducted Rs.10794 and after that they have no response neither receiving calls and there were auto generated mail that they will reply with in 72 hours but till now no response .so I want my refund and I tried to contact for the same but couldn't get through.
What do you suggest how can I get back my money .

Also One more request kindly please coordinate with your banking authorities and check if any FIR should be done further.
