Vital organ healing for knee pain ...head lungs

Golden Sunrise,
I am having pain in my knees. Can I use VK first for healing of my knees' pain followed by usual healing of head, lungs, etc.
After Vital Organ Healing, how much time should elapse for next request to VK?

Yes you can use VK for any kind of pain. You can simply rotate VK on your knee joint for sometime as VOB.
