Improve my work efficiency in day to day work. Decision making, convincing and effective listening
I am looking for the work related help from VK. My nature of work is continuously talking to multiple teams, take complex decisions instantly and deliver the service at manager level. Since I am involved in multiple discussions, I need to track all activities need to be completed by multiple teams and conclude on many complex decisions. I need to talk to senior management and convince them on some ideas or work. Sometime I feel that I lose my concentration to track all activities and fail in effective listening due to long hours of attending multiple meetings. I would need right level of energy and quick decision-making and convincing skills to be improved. Please let me know what I need to request VK on daily basis.
