how do i decide if i should join the job or not?

i was searching for a job from many days.i got selected at a place today.but i hv pending interviews at two other places.and the firm where i got selected is offering me very less pay as compared to my last drawn salary.what should i do?i hv started gratitude exercises.keep requesting vk.write abundance cheques too.but still m not getting the desired pay.though i will get good work exposure at this job.i want vk to
answer me.my in hand pay is very less .and i hv financial constraints too.i want my new job with atleast same pay as i got in earlier firm.m confused with my outcomes

But getting an opportunity even if its less pay is indicating that you still have opportunity. So some more are lined up means there are even more opportunities.

So count your blessings in form of opportunities and keep requesting to VK to bless with best deserving opportunity.
