I completed 39 weeks of my pregnancy and developed mild contractions last night... Today when we went for checkup, doctor told me to come again when frequency of pains increases. We came back home. I was happily waiting for my natural delivery all these days but now suddenly Iam getting very scared of labor pains and delivery. Pls guide me how to heal myself...
