I have been regularly taking TWS for myself. My policy got matrued in March 2020 but due to lockdown I cud not submit my actual documents. My agent adviced to send online. I am glad that the documents were accepted online without sending the orginals and yesterday I got the maturity amount. Thankyou VK Thankyou Sharat Sir. Things do materialise though sometime it takes time.
