A senior citizen went for picnic to hilly area & suffered nausea & headache. Condition did not improve even after 2 days. I gave water charged with serums + BFR to be taken every 15 min. Relief in nausea started after 1st dose but not much relief in headache. I changed remedies and serum. Headache also gone.
Nausea - GOLDEN SUNRISE + DIGEE SERUM + SCLERANTHUS + WALNUT
Headache (Orally + topically)- GOLDEN SUNRISE + PAIN CARE SERUM + SWEET CHESTNUT
