You can do Psychic Surgery for the Scooty horn.
Just say VK Psychic Surgery to my snooty horn x 3 and keep it aside for 30 min.
Do this once or twice.....
Can send GOLDEN SUNRISE and ALL CLEAR SERUM too

You can also check electirc wiring of horn if it is correctly connected.
You can also check with service station if it is to be changed physically in case of damage.
Based on my personal experience bike horn was not working properly so i started healing with VK. I did VOB of horn with perfect health serum and all clear serum, also did psychic surgery of horn for two days i did healing.
Later on after third dat i got inner guidance to check service station and then it is found the horn was physically damaged so i have to replace it.
