I want to share my experience. My brother in law had a heart attack on Holi(13.3.25). He was taken to Delhi Fortis Escort Hospital in emergency on date 18.3.25. I gave him GS, ACS, HS, DS and SO7R every hour during the 12 hour journey. There, the left artery was found to be 100% blocked.
