Today i am sharing one of my amazing feeling with VK, it happen last month i was busy in wedding of a cousin sister and hardly got any time to Meditate but i was always in touch with my VK and keep my heelings whenever and wherever is required.
One night i was a bit tired i got a thought to remove my VK and put it under my lower back while lying straight on bed.
I REQUEST VK PLEASE ACTIVATE ENERGIES OF KUNDALINI ACTIVATION FOR ME NOW (WITH SAFETY AND SECURITY).
After placing this request thrice to VK i started chanting my favourite mantra of GOLDEN SUNRISE DIVINE MAGIC BEGIN NOW.
Within 10 minutes or so i felt tingling on my lower back and is increasing and suddenly it raised above from my back to the Head with Vibrational force.
Then in the Crown Head it started like crown chakra is releasing energies or may be i say it vibrations like birds are flying. I had red a lot about Kundalini how serpent energies could activate at crown chakra, but this was first experience of feeling it my self.
Oh god it gave me huge huge energy in complete body and my head was "like a cleaner software disc was played on the computer."
Exactly all Cleaned up and calmness of an ocean.
Sometimes we don't find words to express ourselves still i am trying to narrate as it was happened.
However i usually practice "i love you, i thank you gratitude exercise," and
"Golden Heart blessing meditation"

Its my personal view that ,,,,in meditation the language does not matter. The body sub concious mind and soul connects to any language.
The language barrier is only in conscious mind.
Do the meditation and see as it is....and see what you get. You are a VK user, request VK to help you while listening to this meditation.
