hi sir am feeling ice pack on my top head , and feeling cool breeze in my diffrent parts of the body, what it means ? and am cool no tension no worries

mam stil my prblms not solved but muje koi chinta hi nahi hai wat wil going to happend next mai etni cool hogayi hu muje koi fark nahi pad raha, am just living present now a days sudden change happend , cool breeze in parts of the body amazing feeling ...etni garmi me hi mai cool hu etna sweating nahi ho raha jitna sab bol rahe so hott ...realy i dnt know
