While doing and after healing my right thumb and palm heat is emitting..tried to do with balance serum by keeping VK in between palm but heat was increasing... what could be the reason

From today heat has been started to evolve all over my right palm fingers earlier it was only on thumb ... never had an intensity like this ... hooded vk and requested to stop the heat but more heat was observed from vk ... Requesting guidance
lm also facing it sometimes at that time im keeping VK aside , later after sometime trying to communicate and starting using .. Now gradually heat is no more my issue .
