GOLDEN SUNRISE...Like Pranic Healing we can clean and energize chakras using VK...Anticlock wise for cleaning and clockwise for energizing...or anyother easy way ..thank u

@Anand ji , we don't have to follow rituals and Process with VK that we do in rieki healing , pranic healing or others.
Don't bother to rotate VK clockwise /anticlockwise .
you can simply take balance serum energy to balance chakras
