GOLDEN SURNISE TO SHARAT SIR AND ALL THE LITAIRIAN MENTORS
One day i was simply going through litairian YouTube channel and i saw a video of kundalini meditation and i thought of practicing it but due to some problem i couldnt do and again yesterday i got a thought of doing it but as i dont have much knowledge about the mediation practice so i didnt start and i dont know the benifts of it could some one please help me and explain me what is this mediation all about and what are its benefits
