Relationship court case extramarital affair

Dear sir, team,

My bro got married last year within a month he got to know about the extra marrital affair of his wife, the girl family also got to know about it and they filed many false cases against my bro as they are afraid of him giving divorce to her, my bro is frustrated of attending court cases and her torture daily as she is also living with him n not Reddy to go out n not ready for any kind of settlement. Can VK help in this case to get out of this relationship n court matters.
