How to turn hatred into love & respect?

I have already mentioned my relationship issues.

Relation between my parents and in-laws has turned into hatred due to the sister of my mother in-law & other small issues.

Im sending cosmic serums directly and direct intentions from 7-8 months. Still no improvement.

My in-laws ( mother in-law and sisters in-law) are always insulting my parents directly or indirectly. My hubby also started behaving negatively with my parents. My parents are feeling very bad about this. My parents never said a single word to my in-laws. I'm unable to take this pain. It's giving me unbearable heart pain. Pls guide me. What can I do now? How to create mutual respect between them?

Any immediate solution to stop further negativity? Pls guide me
