Removing negative feelings in job in senior level

I am facing issues in my current job. I had been so excited 2 months back to manifest my desired job role in the company that I exactly wanted. But since the time I have joined, I am not able to cope up with my day to day tasks, and lack the energy and motivation to take over this senior role. I am getting negative feelings about myself and feel like quitting. Currently I am taking Golden Sunrise, shield of 7 rays, Alpha woman serum, Bravo serum in charged water, I feel this is the only thing letting me continue so far.

Dear mentors, please advise what else I Should do to get rid of this loop of negative thoughts and enjoy my job & take over this senior role with happiness.
