Rakhiji, I am posting questions with regards to sale of 2 plots.
1. We are owners of a plot in Shahpur near Thane, which unfortunately was abandoned by the developer. We want to sell that at the earliest, at a good price. But till now all our efforts didn't bring any results. All our papers are intact. How to use VK for the same?
2. Secondly, one of my friend and her husband own a plot in Bengaluru, but because of litigation, they are unable to sell it. Neither the case is getting solved. If there would have been no litigation they would have got very good price.
But because of litigation, they are getting fraction of the market value. Which is a huge loss to them. How to use VK in this case?
