GOLDEN SUNRISE,
One of my friend is having loan made on ancestor property from long time and finding it difficult to pay. Also some how new commitments are coming and its creating more concerns for the family. I am helping him with EC to clear the loan. Also I am giving Total wealth S+ Moodup S to him.... What else can be done? If there is any karmic issue with getting the benefit from property, how it can be cleared?

You can also send energy of All clear serum, if there is any unwanted or negative energy and Balance Serum to balance the situation well and soon.
You can do it for full family by charging their water tank of house so that all members of family receive the energies and things happen faster.
