Golden Sunrise Divine my son lives in the Philippines and he receives Social Security Disability. They sometimes withhold his check because they claim they overpaid him. It makes it hard for him because that is the only income he has. What can I do to stop this. They told him this was cleared up but he just got another letter, threatening to with hold his check.
