If someone is in prob nd very sad and instead of hlpng thm we hurt them badly nd make them cry....after tht we realize nd feeling gulity... wht should we do to heal them nd ourself please rpl vk fmily as soon as posible ......how to get happiness bck

The best way is to say Sorry directly. But you can do it with VK without talking to that person.....
Just request VK to convey asking your forgiveness to that person's soul.
For healing emotions you can send that person BACH FLOWER RESCUE REMEDY and MOOD UP SERUM.
You can also take these energies.
