Hi
Although have been using VK from past 1 year .from the past week my hands are feeling heavy and a slight pain when am wearing VK ,once I remove it for 30 mins everything seems to be normal ,when I wear it again after 5 mins same feeling .
Pls guide

In your case, your energy need is very high. I suggest you to take SO7R as much as possible.
