Golden Sunrise!
When trying to conceive we are given a list of yogasanas and also diet chart..do we have to ask VK to mimic each yogasana or can we just ask for a complete session of yoga for fertility?
Similarly diet needs omega 3, vit D, essential micronutrients..how can we ask VK to mimic this?

Ma'am do we have to tell suryanamaskar*3, bhujangasana,*3 or simply say yoga for fertility?

Yoga for Fertility is a better request than using a particular yogasana as you leave it to VK' s wisdom
