When VK mimics sleeping pills, can one get addicted to that medicine? And can that medicine have any side effects?

Anything done with VK has no negativity or side effects.

For mimicking medicines. One can use intention safety and security to avoid it's unwanted effects.
But if your need is beyond use of medicines, VK will only mimic it's energies. Then it may not give that effect.
Instead of using sleeping pill effect, do SELF reading meditation by Sharat Sir Every alternate night and then if you are comfortable do it daily
