Property litigation

We have a half  basement attached to our flat which we bought almost 22 years ago for office use. The other half belongs to another person who is wrongfully  litigating and demanding our basement which we have bought legally and have papers for it. The case started 5 years ago. It has been very expensive and tormenting for my husband and me. The case is in its final hearing  and keeps getting postponed .Now the hearing is in August. I am using Shield of 7 rays as suggested by Sharat Sir 3-4 times a day. to protect my half basement. I would like to win the case once and for all, sell the property and move to a nice flat in Gurgaon. Please suggest how i can achieve success in all these matters. May thanks in advance
