When i do pranic healing manually i.e with hand patient feels 50% to sometime 90% immediate relief in case of general diseases.
I need to know with vk which method is best for immediate relief among direct request, water charging and vob

For headache relief sometimes i just rub VK on head. Sometimes it happens with water charged with pain care serum sometimes it just happens by mimicking energy of Anulom vilom through a direct request.

VK is such a simple healing tool yet with so much diversity.
Even children below 5 yrs of age are using VK. They do not know any procedures. They are not reading litairian forum. Can you think how they are still using VK to heal their own stomach ache.
Because children are innocent and VK follows pure intentions. In your multiple posts i felt your focus is more on which procedure is effective. So i thought to give you this example of a child.
Please do not engage yourself in procedures. Use VK like a child.
It means mam if we dont use any serum or psychic surgery or whateverelse and simply request vk for healing as u said like a child it will give the same result

Rakhi mam sorry to say but when things can be achieved with simplicity then why to make things complicated by indulging in serums energy circles or any or any other modalities. When all these things are invented there must be some purpose behind that

When Hanuman ji can be pleased simply by chanting Jai Shri Ram then why to make your bhakti complicated by chanting 43 verses of Hanuman Chalisa.
Sirji hanuman ji ki bhakti se shriram ji milte hain
Ok, then why don't you chant ॐ हनुमते नमः ? It is a very simple mantra.
